Vetevendosje Chairman Albin Kurti has warned today of a faster meeting with LDK chairman Isa Mustafa to talk about sharing tasks, responsibilities and positions in future governance among them. Meanwhile, in an interview for the economy, Mustafa has said that without the CEC elections being certified, there will be agreements and no post division.
The chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Isa Mustafa, has indicated that there will be no agreement with Vetevendosje Movement (LVV) for co-government, without the Certificate of election results taking place.
Mustafa in an interview for Economy Online has talked about the work of the two parties' working groups to harmonise the government programme.
He has said they are reconciled to most of the topics, but also some open topics remain which would be concluded between the two political leaders.
These include divisions of ministries and other responsibilities.
“have remained open on dialogue issues that are not discussed at these levels that should be discussed at the level of the LDK and VV political leaders. The issue of external relations remains, which also corresponds to dialogue but also to our Euro-Atlantic and Euro-Atlantic orientations. There remains the question of sharing responsibilities in future governance, which are not discussed at these levels but will discuss at the highest level so that the government is successful. I am now talking about a possible coalition, I cannot speak of a coalition committed, because we are in the phase of dialogue and negotiations, but we have to make the decision that we agree on all issues, he says.
The first of LDK, has said that if things worked out well, the agreement with the VV would happen within the week, but the decision of The PZAP to recount 1472 deployments will impact that agreement without their will being postponed in weeks.
Mustafa added that Kurti can meet for coffee, but not for reaching the agreement.
There will be nothing serious about it without certificate results. The results will not be certified for 15 days or 20 days, because until then we do not finally know how many deputies the LDK will have, how much the VV will have, and how we will constitute a future coalition agreement. We can meet with coffee, but we can't meet to make deals because things aren't over. I see it's a public pressure once it's going to blame us every VV, actually no one has the right to blame us because we're doing our job on the harmonisations of the government programme, but we can't make deals without the certificate of results”, he said. /economics/
