Kosovo police are investigating a birth that took place at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo by a minor.
The case, police have considered it a “extramarital co-existence with the person under the age of 16”.
“From QKUK has reported that female victim K-Ashkalic ( minor) was born in gynaecology. According to the victim, she is co-existing with male suspect K-Askali. The relevant police unit is investigating the case”, the report says.
It is not known why the Kosovo Police have referred to the female victim's ethnic affiliation in luring the jargon “Ashkalic”. The proper reference to use would be just the ashkali.
