Meta: On Monday I will propose concrete ideas for the referendum

In a post a few minutes ago on Facebook, Meta writes:

Dear citizens!

Here is what the Albanian people have put in referendum on the Constitution:

Article 150

1. The people, through 50 thousand citizens rightly vote, have the right to referendum on abolishing a law, as well as to ask the president of the Republic to hold the referendum on issues of particular importance.

2. The Assembly, with the proposal of no less than a fifth of MPs or with the Council of Ministers' proposal, could decide that an issue or a bill of particular importance be exercised in the referendum.

3. The principles and procedures for holding the referendum, as well as its validity, are envisioned by law.

It has been 21 years since the political class does not issue the law on implementing this constitutional obligation to make it impossible to exercise direct democracy!

But now there are no more tolerance or excuses!

This political class knows only to deepen crises and not take responsibility. It does not recognise political dialogue, public and national interest. So now everything to give the sovereign word through referenda.
