Media authority bans nine Russian television stations

These nine stations are banned in Latvia because one of their owners. Your Kovaltchouk has been placed on the EU's list of sanctions as a person involved in violations of sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine”, Ivars Abolins, vice president of the Latvian National Council for Electronic Media (NEPLP), said.
The ban will be in effect as long as Kovaltchouk will participate in the list of persons hit by EU sanctions. / AT S/
