A modest prayer for civil society colleagues and public institutions officials, following the good response to the Council of Europe for the possibility that rapporteurs for Kosovo will become the former Russian GRU agent. The time has come (in fact it has been long) to boycott everything that has formal ties to UNMIK UNMIK the den of Russian influence in Kosovo which Kosovo's allies are trying to shut down, but cannot because of Resolution 1244. I'm not just talking about not accepting UNMIK funding, but also boycotting any organised activity by them. It had been a modest contribution, but above all the symbolic message and the fulfillment of a minimum civic obligation in this period. *
