When, in 2004, after the elections The PDK remained in opposition, the Chairman of Headship was particularly hard, difficult to call the mayor who investigated a way to enter the government. I told them at a headship meeting: We have to forget the possibility of entering the ruling coalition. Let's prepare for three winters of stay in opposition. And we really agreed with that fact and in the opposition country I led as head of the PDK GP. When in late 2007 The PDK emerged the first party, after the final result was formalised, at a meeting of the party's KD, KD members and MPs elected I told them:
During our stay in opposition, we have been a voice of opposition, and we have raised voices for all the problems Kosovo had. But what we need to understand now, I told them, is: We're not opposition in the country anymore. The language we have used as an opposition, under new circumstances we cannot use. The responsibility for each of us has changed. Our communication language should be quite different because our responsibility will be quite different. In the first three years, I am convinced that good things have been done, especially in lawmaking. My remarks at the end of the first legislature of Independence was why we did not in many cases answer institutional questions to competent people, but this was not heard, and in the second legislature the situation in assigning responsibilities deteriorated. State institutions cannot be represented or ruled by people who have no institutional experience.

February: The language the political party uses while in opposition cannot be used by being before a possible government or in government. The governed are not the language of insulting opposition nor the methods of arson but the language of the governed with and for the whole nation (citizens), accepting the blows from the opposition, when she too uses the weapons you use in opposition. To prevent this from happening, it is good for senior LVV leaders to take matters at ease and with more peace and responsibility. Good governance is good for every citizen.

Otherwise, we Social Democrats exist in opposition, we don't mind, we don't bring our necks to anyone. The vertical stand is our tradition! The past is evidence.
