Prosecutor Agron Galani and defendant Binak Panja's defender, lawyer Osman Ciocoic did not object to the hearing being postponed until the verdict is taken at the Court of Appeals.

Judge Shardaku said he would ask the Court of Appeals to make the assessment that the same could continue his judgment on this issue, respectively, to assess his objectivity in this case.

Otherwise, at the initial session of August 17th 2018, Binak Panja was declared innocent in connection with the charge charged.

According to the indictment, filed on 13 August 2017, by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec, Binak Panja is charged that on July 21st 2017, around 21:30, in the village forest of Kosuriq, the now deceased, the Ramiz Berisha brothers and Arsim Berisha.

The indictment describes that until the critical moment as a result of disagreements over cutting the forest - the property of the defendant's family.

As reported in the indictment, at 9: 00 a.m., now the late Ramiz brothers and Arsim Berisha, along with witness Jethlir Gashi, had set sail with two horse chariots to cut wood in the defendant's forest.
