The journalist and author of the show, Rubikon '%, the Adriatic Kelmendi, writes that it is super selective and misleading method the Special Court has chosen to address its doubts about war-related crimes.
He cites the most terrible massacres that have occurred in Kosovo, for which no one has been convicted.
Here's Kelmendi's full Facebook writing:
There is still no, no one, no one, no one accused or convicted of massacres against the Jashar family, the Deliaj family, nor the massacre of Izbica, Meja, Krusha, Gjakova, Peja, Rezalla, etc.
All these massacres were carried out under the organisation of Serbia's clear hierarchical state structures. If there were a court that would invite all Serbian officials to the state and military structure as it is now happening with invitations to KLA members then certainly would be found by the officers and executions.
About 8 thousand civilians and 2,500 Unformed Albanians have been killed during the Kosovo war. Still no justice for them!
It's super selective and humiliating the method the Special Court has chosen to address their doubts about war related crimes.
Every crime is to be judged, but there must be justice for all.
