The bill was introduced today (November 13th) and is expected only approval by parliament.
The law also envisions the condemnation of persons who distribute photos of victims up to two years in prison.
Justice Minister Christine Lambrecht stated that the distribution of these photos hurts victims' families, so it must be punished.
