Bislim Bislimi, a worker in the MKR's legal department, said they have drafted a petition they delivered to the Office of Presidency, Government of Kosovo and all other relevant institutions, writes Online Economy.
“Today we are on the fourth day of the protest and we as ministry staff have drafted a petition and this petition was handed over to the President's office, which is an institution and is thought to be moved here. Then the Kosovo government, the ombudsman and the mayors of the parliamentary parties to whom we have explained the reasons for our protest and argued, and it is a wrong decision for the two ministries to move to private and pay fairly 1.2m euros a year. This is the public object and the government decides that the minister's villa in which object will be placed”, he said.
Bislimi said this decision is being rejected by workers because it receives a high cost of spending. Contradicted With Great Cost
“We object to the fact because there are enormous costs and they are unnecessary and the way the shift is going is unfair. We're protesting that four consecutive days and it's very strange that we haven't got an answer from somebody, he said.
The workers of the two ministries, the MKRS and the MBPZR will continue on the following day to protest.
