The Taliban continue to be present in this area, but no group claimed responsibility for the explosion.
In October, according to a UNMA report, it became known that the number of victims between July and September of this year has seen great growth compared to previous years.
According to the report, 2,563 people eat their lives, and 4,676 have been injured between January 1st and September 30th of 2019.
