The American Embassy in Kosovo has expressed disappointment over the action of the Constitutional Court in Pristina in dealing with the case known as “Toka”, which concerns former PDK deputy Azem Syla.
Disillusioned with the poor performance of the court that caused the defendants of the case “Toka” who are under state custody not to appear in court”, it is said in the embassy post.
“Respect of the rule and law implies respect for procedures”.
