At least 31 people have so far been confirmed dead, while over 650 injured and 20 others are thought to still be in ruins, the news reports wrote.
Major material damage and fear have left the residents of Durres outside their palaces while settling in the city stadium.
Sky News has allegedly shot images of areas affected by the earthquake in which the major damage is seen.
