Decans, prodians, reactors and projectors at public universities in Kosovo are receiving enormous monthly salaries from their work in these institutions. Contributions in the increase in these salaries are also providing additions, which reach twice the base wage. Based on the results of a report published by the Organisation for Growth of Quality in Education (ORCA), management staff revenues at public universities in Kosovo are higher than the president's salary, as envisioned to have the new Law on the Pagans.
Base salaries for the academic staff of public universities in Kosovo range from 772 euros (assistent) to 1,429 euros (regular professor). The same ones for their work get extras. Translated into monthly salaries they can reach up to 3,500 euros, the voice” writes away.
From research of O The RCA turns out that 40% of the monthly income for professors with managerial positions in the UP comes from the additions they receive.
