Dodik calls Pacolli's request for recognition by Vuciq

Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency member Milorad Dodik has reacted to statements by incumbent chief of Kosovo diplomacy Behgjet Pacolli to Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq for the recognition of Kosovo's sovereign and independent state. Pacolli has said in an interview for Sarajevo TV Face that with Serbia they can discuss everything except three things: Kosovo independence, the Kosovo Constitution and borders.
“Vucciq, you have only one chance, to recognise Kosovo. This is real. Kosovo is independent and there is no going back. This is the only solution and all the others will go more easily”, Pacolli has expressed itself among other things.
But Dodik has not liked these statements, saying that “Pacolli is a man who can't lecture anyone and that his threats are unacceptable”.
Kosovo is not only what Albanians think, but is Resolution 1244, these are standards before status, as discussed earlier, a Serb municipality that will be formed under the Brussels agreement. All this should be a prerequisite for any continuation of dialogue, not only the points they think today must be resolved”, Dodik said.
According to him, Republika Srpska is absolutely opposed to the situation regarding Kosovo's status and that Bosnia has not recognised it and that it does not intend to recognise Kosovo.
This, of course, is only because Republika Srpska does not want this (recognition of Kosovo), because we do not want to have double standards in these” areas, Dodik said.
