Meanwhile, at 12:00 a joint press conference will be held among the three state representatives.
The summit agenda envisions that participants will also be chairman of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Council of Ministers and Montenegrin Economy Minister. While Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has refused to attend the meeting.
