Dialogue with the Serbian state is one of the first topics awaiting treatment after the establishment of Kosovo's new government, even there are constant calls that the government, which will be created after the 6 October elections, should immediately resume dialogue.
Analysts estimate that the VV and LDK following the government's establishment of the first topic of treatment should have Kosovo-Serbia dialogue and reach a final agreement.
Meanwhile, US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, simultaneously Special Representative of the Secretary of State for the Western Balkans Matthew Palmer, yesterday he said the US is not due to set the deadline for final agreements, as the parties must decide for that reason, however, that he hoped Albin Kurti would find a way back to the negotiating table.
A continuing monitoring of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue has made Kosovo's Democratic Institute, where Life Krasniqi from this organisation says both subjects -- LVV and LDK -- have consistently expressed their commitment to continue the dialogue process.
She says there is a constant demand also from the United States and other states for Kosovo to return to the negotiating table.
Arton Demhay from the organisation Hira says of Kosova Prees, that the government led by Vetevendosje and the Democratic League of Kosovo can reach an agreement with Serbia.
Kryeziu's progress by the Group for Jurydic and Political Studies for KosovoPress says it must address dialogue and its completion as national responsibility and as an international obligation.
According to him, dialogue and its outcome is national responsibility because through this dialogue, Kosovo's citizenship can eventually be completed and any kind of contesting be annulled. Likewise, he says it is an international obligation, as through this dialogue reaching a final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia is a sign of regional co-operation and a sign of regional stability.
He adds that frequent visits by senior American officials and various states are an open expression of pressure for the need to resume dialogue, and that, according to him, such pressure is fair because it needs dialogue to resume.
The Vetevendosje movement and its leader, Albin Kurti, have been the most vocal in recent years as to the way Kosovo-Serbia dialogue has developed, has often been highlighted that more support for a dialogue with Serbs living in Kosovo.
But Arton Demhay from the organisation Arise says there is no time for such dialogue with Kosovo Serbs now when Vetevendosje is expected to lead the Kosovo government.
Otherwise, the Kryeziu Movement for Jury and Political Studies, which says of Kosova Prees, that it is right to have an internal dialogue with the Serb community.
The Kosovo-Serbia dialogue process was interrupted in November 2018, when Kosovo imposed a 100 per cent tax on products imported from Serbia.
