Two years of defensive diplomacy

The outgoing Kosovo government, which during the two and a half years of mandate has applied defensive diplomacy, has denied even that information.
But in the Serbian government they have said Ghana is the third state to revote recognition this year after its neighbour, Togos, as well as Central Africa, as well as the 16th total, since it considers 13 states acted the same last year.
