Dacic violated Ambassador Vlora Citaku's privacy

Cyber security and social networks expert Dritt Elshani has stated that publishing the Kosovo ambassador's birth certificate by Serbia's Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic is a flagrant violation of privacy and in full opposition to the Universal Charter for Human Rights.

He has made this comment in his Facebook profile after the Serbian chief diplomat for such action at the UN Security Council session.

The UN rules and principles have been severely violated by publishing a strict personal document to the Security Council. This shows that human ethics, laws and dignity for the current regime of the neighbouring state are unknown concepts. ” has declared Elshani, writes Signal newspaper.

Last night, Serbia's Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic at the UN Security Council meeting has published an old certificate of the birth of Kosovo Ambassador to America Vlora Citaku.

The certificate belonged to the time when Kosovo was under Serbia's occupation and documents were in the Serbian language.
