We remember that the Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashtres ( PZAP days ago has ordered the Central Election Commission to make the recount of about 1,500 deployments.
The judges' panel decision, led by Judge Rrustem Thaqi, has taken over after reviewing the 52 complaints filed following the completion of the October 6th parliamentary early parliamentary elections. The panel consisting of nine members, the decision to recount these locations, has argued with the disparity of data and results due to technical error in print of the resolution match-up (x0).
According to this panel, The FPRs have not been fulfilled at all on the first political subject listed because they have lacked features for fulfillment as a result of a technical error. This Panel has estimated that the failure to anticipate this error makes the announcement of incorrect results in the sense of Article 101 of the Law for Elections, in which it says:“Procedures of counting the balloting are governed by the following objectives: accuracy, transparency, efficiency, the possibility of recounting and repeating elections and protecting the secrecy of the vote”./Periscopi/
