The number of recounted locations, since the afternoon of November 13th and so far, is: 1 034 or 73.49%, the spokesman has indicated I CEC's Valmir Elezi
Elez said that an average of 750 ballot papers are counted inside a table in the QNR.
There are 33 counting tables in the QNR and during a change (08:00-1600) only one of them numbers 750 ballot papers on average, as well as performs all other procedures involving the completion of results forms for political subjects and the results forms of candidates for deputies” has revealed Elez in a media communique.
