Armendi Muja: The initiative definitely does not pass the threshold 4.99%

Vela has said the initiative has 4.97% of fair votes, plus 6.91% from diaspora votes, 5.5% from conditional votes and 4.1% from diaspora votes after 5 October. So according to these estimates, unofficially, the Initiative has passed the threshold by over 100 votes or 0.0125%.
“Nisma: 4.97% (regular) + 6.91% (of diaspora) + 5.5% (by condition and NV) + 4.10% (diaspore after 5 October). At the moment and officially the Initiative is above the threshold for 0.0125% (about 100 votes)”, Vela confirms.”, Vela confirms.
While with Serbia's votes, the initiative is down the threshold by about 50 votes.

While Muja says the initiative is definitely out of place.
