At least one level, the VV complaint is more than painful.
There's no way that I don't get down on PZAP's decision, because in the decision about the DPS vote, DK has proven beyond all of the individual's influence that the will of the citizen is abdicated to any technicality that can be used to avert or difficult the rationalness of this free will through vote. So lyricist I bet 7 to 1 that the VV will win, but may I not be this new barometer of definition of proverbial Pirrone victory!
Well, I think so: It's okay to complain about the VV's hypocrisy and incompatibility of PZAP& The CEC, but as on the level of morality as well as on the political level, this complaint is egotistical and self-founding aprior. To legitimise even on the level of morality as in that policy and law, the VV had to increase the demand/environment towards KPS (micus curiae), which appeals for research and possible annulment (high probability) of votes on the basis of statistical and forensic criteria that prove organised manipulation of these votes. Also amicus curiae could suggest similar treatment for Kazakh votes, given enough evidence that they are manipulated.
All of this lasts with the Certificate of elections in endlessness, but at least etabrates the criteria for protection of civic will, starting with preventing the abuse and manipulation of voters in large measure, the phenomenon that is massly spread on both sides of the Dutch northern Albanian border.
But, in fact, in the world and without these numbers as if they were critical, the VV's complaint is simply disturbing and against the principle of spirit that the interests of the people and the country should have the advantage of the sole purpose beyond the statistics of daily politics.
