AKR ready to start talks with VV for coalition once elections are certified

Albin Kurti had changed attitude for Behgjet Pacolli on the eve of the 2017 elections. At the time, plans were also made for the pre-election coalition. Neither then nor on October 6th has there been any co-operation but have dropped charges against each other.
