CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi has said that 969 seats have been recounted so far.
“On the eighth day ( Wednesday) has recounted 128 seats. So by now, 969 locations have been recounted, or about 67%<1>, Elez said.
He added that 438 locations remain to be recounted.
