The head of the Electoral Panel Secretariat for Ances and Parastres, Mula Descu, has said the panel has a 72-hour term to decide on these packages.
After nearly two months (37 days) from the 6 October elections, the Central Election Commission has accepted 392 packages of paper from the diaspora.
