Acting Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning Fatmir Matoshi said that with the signing of these will be marked progress in the cadastre field.
“Today we have signed six administrative guidelines: The administrative direction for sharing and recording the parcel, administrative guidelines for cadastral registration measurements, sharing of the building and building parts, sharing cadastral zones, licensing geodes and geodestrate companies, and for tariffs and products of the Cadastral Agency. They have standardized product prices, and so have ccmixes from geodes and licensed geodese companies. The qualities and criteria of geodese have increased. Each geodese has delegated state responsibility”, he said.
Avni Ahmeti, chief executive of the Kosovo Cadastral Agency, said they need political support other than financial support.
We've also finalised two drafts that are improving which cover geodese issues. We have also begun the work of handpicks associated with cadastre activities. I hope the new government will support us for the law on cadastre”, he said.
According to him, from now on, there will be a demand for increased efficiency in the work for cadastrian directors in Kosovo's municipalities and for whose geodesencies there have been complaints by citizens.
