Ismet Krasniqi, secretary of the Parliament, has indicated the number of bills that were in this institution on August 22nd, following the decision-making at which the country date has gone to early elections.
After the distribution that the Republic of Kosovo Parliament's VI legislature has remained in the process of reviewing in the Assembly, 46 bills remain from them -- 30 bills proposed by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and 16 bills proposed by parliamentary commissions and MPs from the Parliament” -- have told the newspaper Secretary Krasniqi.
According to Article 86 of the Parliament Rule, the bills and other issues remaining in the Parliament's review procedure, to be reviewed in the next legislature must be re-proceded by propossors, except petitioners and laws adopted by the Parliament and sent to declare the president. Consequently, the procedure for all 46 bills will start from the start, since they have turned to sponsors.
