The 347 passengers freak out, the plane caught fire while in the air

According to foreign media, Television records, Philippine Airlines Flight 113, a Boeing 777, sat down without further incidents in LAX about 11:50 a.m. after its flight crew reported a proper engine problem on its departure, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.

Also published are images showing brief flares coming from the engine of the plane with 347 passengers and 18 crew members.

I could see some sparks. I thought it was some kind of... just by sunlight, and then I started listening to boom, boom, boom, and I look out of the window and I see fireballs just coming out of engine”, said passenger Walter Baumann.

So far, but according to foreign media, so far, Philippe Airlines has not responded to a demand for comment.
