KR workers “Environment” in Kline go on strike, say the mayor of this municipality made his nephew manager

The CRC Union Association “Environment”, the Operational Unit in Kline, has gone on strike and blocked all the work because the manager has been hired by the grandson of the head of Kline.

According to the communiqué sent to the media, this decision is unacceptable to all employees of the company, as the Idriz Beqiri selection process, grandson of Kline Mayor Zenun Elezaj, has been mounted and political.

The union association of KRM workers AM BIENTUS S. A NEW Cline expresses deep and unacceptable concern over this decision, as we report public opinion:

1. This decision is unacceptable to all company employees, for many reasons:
2. A) The process has been mounted and political since it opposed the chosen candidate is a close family member of the municipality's mayor, Zenun Elesaj (is the mayor's grandson), as well as an AAK militant.
3. b) The administrative instruction of 7,2017, Article 4 paragraph 6 of this instruction, is in violation of the work in the December 11,2019 decision of November 29.05,2019.
4. c) The company has sufficient framework for this position: two (2) graduate jurists, one (1) economist and one (1) Dr. Science in Environmental Management, which is the unit manager's UD, which has perfectly managed the company to date. 5. We seek from competent bodies the annulment of the decision on the arrival of Idriz Beqiri until the decision was made by the Constitutional Court in Pristina, as it was the subject is in judicial procedure.
6. We announce the extensive opinion of the 21110,2019 all employees of the KRM CHAAM BIENTY BE. A NJO in Cline, will enter the strike until our legitimate demands are implemented, writes in their communiqué.
