The candidate for prime minister from the Democratic Party of Kosovo(PDK), Kadri Wessel, at today's rally with the citizens of Kamenica, has promised that no school in this municipality will be closed, as will next year Kamenica have special ties to the Gjilan highway.

Wessel also said that this border country will have economic prospects, EU integration, always in co-operation with the US.

Wessel said the PDK has feasible projects for youth, entrepreneurs and farmers.

For Kamenica I have a message, you are a border zone, so it is a strategic interest of the Republic of Kosovo to stay in Kamenica. My project for Kamenica, will be that next year we will start connecting Kamenica with the Gjilan highway. Also very soon and 10m euros have been provided by the Government of Kosovo and 49 million of our partners who will never have a drinking water problem for the citizens of Kamenica. Even a message to this country of strategic interest, that it is not wise, nor is it proper to close schools in border settlements. So no school will be shut down in the municipality of Kamenica”, Veselin said.

The candidate for prime minister by the PDK, Kadri Veselini, stressed that this journey is to give hope to the country, and on October 6th the victory, which is a referendum on Kosovo, will be finalised.

October “6th is a referendum on the Republic of Kosovo. October 6th defines political and strategic direction. It will be a coalition government that strengthens partnership with the United States, strengthens our citizen by developing Kosovo's economy, empowering young people, entrepreneurs, farmers and intellectuals”, he said.

The chairman of the PDK branch in Kamenica, Bajram Dermak, emphasised this priority party has fought corruption and sought citizens' support for candidates for MPs from this municipality, which are Hakif Spahiu and Ibadete Ahmetaj.
