The Dehar family lawyer, Tome Gashi, has reacted after the decision that the subject in the case of Dehar will be passed to the Kosovo Special Prosecutor.
Gashi has written on Facebook that slowly all those involved in the “Dehari” will be prosecuted.
“Slowly but safely. All those who have been involved in the murder of Astrit Dehar, the attempted assassination, hiding the murder will be prosecuted”, Gashi wrote.
The “Rasti is no longer in the prosecution in Prizren, nor are investigators who deliberately changed the course of the investigation to have access to the Vetvendosje Movement activist who was killed for political reasons”, wrote Gashi on Facebook.
The chief state prosecutor's office today, meanwhile, has indicated that investigations into the Dehari case, the former VV activist who changed lives three years ago at the Prizren detention centre, will be conducted at the Kosovo Special Prosecutor.
