Thousands of consumers abandon IPKO'S, cross into Vala

Kosovo Telecom has convinced its Mitrovica municipality's bids and services to pass from IPKO to V ALA for the next two years.

For a long time, this institution has had numbers and services of the competitive operator.

The co-operation agreement on providing telecommunications services has been signed by the municipality's deputy head, Faruk Mujka, and Deputy Director of Sales in Kosovo Telecom, Apollonia Ramadani.

With the signing of this agreement, the Mitrovica municipality and Kosovo Telecom confirm their full compatibility of this public contract, its constituent documents, including implementation rules for performing services.

In this case the municipality's deputy head, Faruk Mujka, praised the success of this agreement as possible, saying that the communication of our entire community staff will be enabled in order to provide quality services to our citizens.

While Telekom Deputy Director Mrs. Apollonia Ramadani pledged that the services offered by the Vala will be quality and efficient.
Enormous contributions to reaching this agreement have been given by the re-trial manager in Mitrovica, Esat Jusufi.

With this contract, Kosovo Telecom services and VALA numbers will take all employees of the Mitrovica municipality, including health, education, culture, and all other employees involved in managing this municipality.
