Special Court Sends Call to Naim Miftar

Former senior Kosovo Liberation Army officer and former SHIK agent Naim Miftari, who has been invited to the quality of the witness by the Special Court to be interviewed for three consecutive days in The Hague, says he is not at issue even if interviewed in the quality of the suspect, as the KLA war deems him fair.

Miftari has announced through a Facebook post that it will be “over the” by a lawyer from Britain, while the Special Court describes it as unfair.

Dear friends, I announce you will travel to Holland next week.

The special International Court in The Hague has invited me to the quality of the witness, for war crimes in Kosovo. Questioning will take three days. I'll be willing to answer no matter what problem even the alleged « », if that's what the court wants, because I was a member of the war and a superior in the KLA structures and I'm very proud of this and at that time!

All the time, I'll be under “my attorney's” from Britain, even though I consider this court unfair. The KLA and all the Albanian people, the lyrinal and victim of Serb terror in Kosovo, will go firm and dignified as I was during the Kosovo war... Of course, I'm not going to sing at The Hague, but I can't even keep silent, but I won't cry or throw anyone else's face like some «alamet» commanders and generals, who have become the poorest and most isolated country in Europe today, but almost on the planet.

There are three main reasons why this international political tribunal for war crimes is not fair to Kosovo, and it is a fair mockery:

1. The preliminary amnesty of hundreds of thousands of crimes in the Serbian state camera, tens of thousands of murders of innocent civilians such as children, elderly women, young people, then tens of thousands of violations, ethnic cleansing, the pursuit of about one million Albanians from Kosovo, the burning and destroying of hundreds of Albanian settlements, the disappearance of thousands of corpses, hundreds of mass graves, not only in Kosovo, but also in the republic's territory of losing the traces of genocide crime, then the kidnappings, kidnappings and hundreds of thousands of victims of Albanians, prisoners of thousands of political prisoners, and prisoners of Serb prisoners in the prison in Dub massacre... Countless Serb crimes are not only in Kosovo, and after all these crimes, surprisingly, the Balkan butcher, the Serbian state!

2. The silent amnesty of this international political court in The Hague to President Hashim Thaci, once leader of The KLA, the Alpha of the Omega deformation of our holy war, along with its KLA subordinates, who were part of the KLA, who have misused the war and holy uniform of UCK, have misdemeanored the funds of war by killing and blackmailing political activists who were serious domestic competitors during and after the war (where all victims were prominent Albanian national commanders and journalists), and the Omegas of dozens of missing natives and the leaders of Albanian war, the Omega of organised crime and the war funds of the war, the Omega and some of the main Albanian secret services....

True, there has been a mistake

It may have happened, in isolated cases, by members of the KLA of war (secret service, military police and various groups) in some cases have used excessive force by causing kidnappings, tortures of victims or murders without any regular military trial. In this category comes scores within rival groups, against Albanian citizens (declared traitors and accomplices of the Serbian enemy) in many cases without reason and sound arguments, there have been cases when they killed or kidnapped some members of the Serb community who have been closely linked to crimes associated with the Serb regime of violence. They are also stable in cases where irresponsible people have exploited the war for various private retaliations, old-caluming, greedy crimes or some sense of moment. These weaknesses, compared with the crimes designed by the Serbian Church and Academy and implemented by the army and the ethnic police, are unmatched, isolated and of no particular importance, because they have usually been committed by uninformed, indicted and irresponsible individuals. So, only political killings during and post-war have occurred as a result of the elimination of political opponents, installed and ordered by Hashim Thaci and Rogner General Staff in Tyre.

The forgiveness of this International Court and the amnesty of hundreds of thousands of Serbian monstrous crimes that they have committed against our people, but also the silent amnesty from this Hashim Thaci International Court of Crimes and its gangs, which has committed our people, are double crime, ridicule victims, and are fair ridicule are the crime of justice.

But if this court succeeds in finding out and condemning it with convincing arguments at least one criminal killer or a lawyer regardless of whether he is an Albanian civilian victim, Serbian or Roma, or political murder because crime is a crime, in the absence of our politically politicised and corrupt courts and politically controlled by Proto horse. This international court, headquartered in Hagg in my opinion, would reason on itself and its existence, even though it is an unjust court, politically motivated by international circles that have hampered our people's freedom and the existence of the New State of Kosovo.
