In all of Kosovo, decisions for all citizens have been opened over time.
The polling has been opened over time and no irregularities have been reported, except in northern Mitrovica.
In Zveqan and Leposaviq, the voting process has begun late after some Serbian commissioners have crashed among themselves for the way they vote.
Some of them have demanded that the vote take place on Serbian ID, while others have insisted that the CEC's decision be respected so that Kosovo's ID can be voted in northern Mitrovica.
28 polling stations with 104 polling stations have opened in the Mitrovica municipality. Voters in this municipality have over 80 thousand voters.
The largest polling centre in Pec has been opened over time.
According to the centre's manager, Arben Gjikoli, 93 thousand eligible citizens are eligible to vote in 23 polling stations.
