September 21st earthquake Turkey 350,000 euros in aid to Albania

In the presence of Turkish Ambassador to Albania Murat Ahmet Yoruk, Deputy Defence Minister Petro Koci, Director General of Civil Emergencys Haki Chako, arrived at the State's National Reserve Directorate with aid coming from Turkey.
The help of the Turkish people who are more than friends to us is very precious. Of course, together with Turkey we respond to many global security and peace challenges. Together we have been in Afghanistan, on many international missions, together in the Aegean Sea to prevent illegal immigration. But this moment of co-operation in emergency situations is even more heart-to-heart”, the Deputy Defence Minister said.
Turkey's ambassador conveyed President Erdogan's solidifying messages to Albania, also remembering the meeting with Prime Minister Edi Rama in New York.
“As a state that we have experienced the earthquake, and in this disaster we have also experienced human losses and are well aware of the situation of our Albanian brothers. We hope that our help will be important in this situation. We have always stood by for difficult days and we will continue to stay”, the Turkish ambassador said.
With the activism of the civil protection mechanism from the European Union in a short time, Albania I has received numerous aid from different European countries, while state structures have been fully anchored in reconstruction of damaged residences.
