Valmir Elez, the CEC's spokesman, said they are waiting to make the decision.
“We will expect to make the decision, to look at the entire content, and we will keep you informed in time of further proceedings, confirming the legal obligations that we have as the body”, he indicated.
The Vetevendosje movement has made the decision today by the Supreme Court of Kosovo, where the right of our countrymen is confirmed and the way is opened for counting the package by vote coming from them.
This party had complained in PZAP's decision, with which the counting of 4639 envelopes was not allowed by vote, after they had arrived late in Kosovo. In Vetevendosje's second complaint, the Supreme Court decided that the CEC would make recounting of the ballots coming out of Kosovo.
