The Supreme Court has ruled in favour of the Vetevendosje Movement in terms of counting 4 thousand and 539 diaspora votes, which have come late to the CEC's address.
Valmir Elezi, media spokesman for the CEC, has said they will await the Electoral Panel's decision on Ancess and Parashtre (PZAP) regarding the Supreme Court's decision to count these votes by the diaspora. Master PZAP, Mule Descu told Gazeta Express that PZAP will come up with a decision Monday regarding the Supreme decision.
At QNR last night, the bail vote count has ended and votes with special needs. Valmir Elezi spokesperson for the CEC has said that the recount of four deployments will continue under this institution's decision Friday.
Elez has said that the CEC cannot make the announcement of final results without a PZAP decision on 4 thousand and 539 votes that have come late from PZAP.
Mula Descu presiding PZAP has told Gazeta Express that this Panel will come up with a decision Monday.
“There is no verdict until Monday, judges have made the Supreme Court's decision and examined it, but until Monday there is no decision” has said Descu.
So far, fair votes have been counted, diaspora votes that have come in the regular deadline, conditional votes and votes of persons with special needs.
From the count of these votes, the overall result issues the first Vetevendosje Movement, the second Democratic League of Kosovo and the third place the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
The Social Democratic Initiative today at a media conference have stated that this party has passed the 5% election threshold and will be part of the Assembly.
Initiative member Bilall Sheriff has said the Initiative has 5.17% of votes, including fair votes, diaspora votes and conditional votes.
The Sheriff has criticised the way the votes were accepted with envelopes from Serbia, saying those votes were criminally filled up and came to Kosovo criminally.
Some “files that have been illegally entered and sent to the CNR without any preliminary ruling without any preliminary report of the prosecution without a CEC decision on what to do with those votes again. These votes came criminally into the system illegally”, the Sheriff said.
