According to the court, the pronounced sentence has also been estimated at the time spent in custody from August 02nd to October 10th.
The alleged V.K. has, with a special ruling, been suspended from detention until the entity of this sentence. The damaged panel is directed at civil conflict for the implementation of legal property demand. Against this ruling the side is eligible for complaint at the Kosovo Appeal Court”, the communiqué says.
