What's plan B? EU for Balkans under Vucinqi

In various diplomatic circles it was said that the EU is trying to get out of the gap it caused itself with refusing to start negotiations with Albania and Northern Macedonia, which put the entire Western Balkans integration process into question. Now the alternative proposals are emerging, the first were with the idea of a conditional member of the resursible process. The Minister of European Integrations in Serbia's Government, Jadranka Joksimovovic, had stated yesterday that she did not bite this CHArah from these European circles.

It was French Ambassador to Belgrade Jean-Louis Falconi, who had unveiled the idea of economic partnership resursible in exchange for forgetting EU membership.

France's president, Emannuel Macron, does not want poor states in the EU and so proposes partial strategic partnerships with this regional economic union with the EU until the almighty membership of each state of this regional union in the EU” said their source.

As Serbian newspaper Kurir writes, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has received support for this close regional co-operation with Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic. However, there have been voices and doubts about this plan and Vucic's intention to be the Balkan dominant force and will surely continue with the showing of new versions of B and C and so on.

All these claims and assumptions may be promoted as a solution, but one thing is known that in the EU there are many differences and uncertainty as to how to proceed further with enlargement policy. France and Germany are competing for dominance now following Britain's departure of the barracks. The summit for the Western Balkans in the EU will be held in May of next year. Next year's spring is the deadline for many processes, elections in Serbia and France, and neither will Serbia show up to the public with failure to progress towards Europe, while France will not be branded as sending the Balkans to embrace Russia, China and Turkey.

The next issue the EU has warned Serbs about is their membership in the Asian Euro economic union, led by Russia, where they joined Serbian Prime Minister Anna Brnabic's signing last week. They were reminded that any other agreement is cancelled with the EU membership case.

The biggest node for the Balkans and the EU remains Kosovo, the bridge between the region. Where everyone insists on being elected, but the EU failed to hold order. Now as everyone knows that it hurts most Europeans, they should call you Americans to solve your problems again.
