The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, the Department of War Crimes, reports that he has filed charges against seven suspected persons, L.G., A.H., E.L., B.J., J., K.N., B.H., for criminal work “Voting secret”.
“on 06.10.2019, at various polling stations in Gjakova and Rahovec, as long as the voting process has been under way, top suspects have violated the secret of voting, photographing the ballot with their personal phones”, it is said in the communique.
Such actions are said to have well - founded doubts that the same have fulfilled the elements of the crime described above.
The two prosecutors in the case have nominated the Constitutional Court in Gjakova, for defendants L.G., A.H., E.L., B.J., J., K.N., B.H., to be punished according to the law on criminal acts that are burdened by”, the communique concludes.
