It was scheduled for Palmer to deliver a speech at the official opening of the Security Forum in Belgrade on Thursday 17 October with “sustainable solutions for the Western Balkans”, the Kosovo Clan broadcasts.
At the opening of the forum, German diplomat responsible for the Western Balkans Suzanne Schitz, former EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton and former French Ambassador to Belgrade Frederick Mondolon will speak.
