An observer of the Lipjan Bruce Vetevendosje Movement is arrested

Kosovo police have arrested a Vetevendosje Movement observer in the village of Bruce of the Lipjan municipality.

According to sources within the Kosovo Police, the arrest has occurred because an arrest speech by the Court had been established against suspects long ago, while Lipjan police have identified it and sent it into custody, Koha Ditore reports.

This has been confirmed by Hamez Kadriu, representative of the KKZ in Lipjan, who has said that observers deal with political subjects, meanwhile, the Bruce village case has nothing to do with the election process.

“E we have received as information that the observer had a court warrant for a five-year sentence. He's been arrested by police but has nothing to do with the election process. Observers are monitored directly by political subjects”, he said.
