Shyhrete Gashi, manager of the polling centre at the former school “Ibrahim Rugova”, in Obilic, said that voting rights in this centre have eight thousand citizens.
“Diku about eight thousand voters have the right to vote in this centre. Before 1500, there were over three thousand who fulfilled their constitutional obligation. There are always voters, everything has gone well ... As far as I can see from my angle as manager, there wasn't a minute that there were no voters here, said Gashi.
According to her, the most pronounced irregularities have been in those cases when many have not found their names on the ballot lists.
