The candidate for MP in the Kosovo Assembly from the ranks of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku, has spoken of forming the country's next government, following the announcement of the final outcome of the October 6th snap elections. Abdixhiku has said on the show “Propressing”, on T7 television, that the LDK, which has emerged second in the election after Vetevendosje Movement, according to the preliminary result, will not be served with threats to secure the prime minister's post.
The prime minister's “Post is not needed with threats”, Abdixhiku has indicated.
He has declared that the LDK will either enter a coalition with Albin Kurti's VVė, or remain in opposition.
He has denied that there are other opportunities for Isa Mustaf's party.
Obadiah has declined to comment much on how positions would be divided into a V government V-LDK.
