What happens if Kurt can't form the government?

Kosovo has held early elections yesterday following former Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's resignation.

These elections were won by the Vetevendosje Movement with the candidate for prime minister, Albin Kurtin.

In an interview for Top Channel envoy in Pristina Muhamed Veliu, Kurti has indicated what will happen if he fails to make a coalition to form governments.

Muhammad Veliu: You're the first winning party, if you can't create a coalition, what happens next?

Albin Kurti: I believe we will succeed in creating the coalition, if we don't succeed in creating the coalition, then I don't know who will be given the second chance.

It's possible that again and so it should be, but if that doesn't work out, then we go to new elections again and we probably didn't like elections a long time ago, but now that we've taken care of them, we don't mean them.
