The Court of Appeals in Skopje last month has rejected the indictees' complaints as a whole and has confirmed the first degree act in Kumanovo's case.
The Skopje Constitutional Court 1, on November 2nd of 2017, pronounced seven life sentences for the accused of the Trima Quarter, 13 of the accused were pronounced jail sentences of 40 years, six of the accused were sentenced to 20 years in prison, one convicted to 18 years in prison, two to 14 years in prison, two to 13 years in prison, while four of them for lack of evidence were acquitted.
