In great embarrassment Cakaj said I was clear in public communications and has never taken over the opening of negotiations. Negotiations do not open because of EU internal policies.
All this happened because Albania will not open negotiations either this year.
Renowned Italian media “TgCom” writes that France has deployed “veton”, thus blocking the opening of negotiations with Albania and Northern Macedonia, questioning the entire European enlargement process.
