“-king son arrested”

Mexican security forces arrested Joaquin's son El Chapo Chazman, Ovidio Guzman Lopez, who caused a fierce battle Thursday in the city that is home to the notorious Sinaloa king cartel in the town of Culiacan. Mexico's Security Minister Alfonso Durazo said 30 members of the militarized police [...]
Mexico's Security Minister Alfonso Durazo said 30 members of the National Guard's militarized police were patrolling an area in the city, 370 miles northwest of Mexico City, when there were gunfire from a house.
Authorities shot back and were eventually able to enter the house where they found four members of the cartel inside, including Ovidio Guzman, who is accused of drug trafficking in the US, broadcast Rtv21.tv.tv.
Armed authorities quickly surrounded the house in retaliation and a clash with firearms took place, while civilians loyal to the drug leader opened fire on security forces.
The patrol was quickly occupied by armed men, and the decision was made to withdraw to protect the lives of the National Guard and restore peace in the city.
A lawyer for El Chapo's family, José Luis González Meza, said Guzmán's family had told him ovidio is alive and free, but that he had no more details about what had happened. Ovidio and his brothers are believed to be influential in cartels since their father was imprisoned in the United States.
Despite his response to his arrest, Ovidio is not one of El Chapo's most famous boys. Iván Archivaldo Guzmán and Jesús Alfredo Guzmán are known as élos Capitosı, or little Capanos, and are believed to be currently leading their father, Sinaloa Cartel, along with Ishmael El Mayo? Zambada.
After Ovidio's capture on Thursday, the city broke out in violence with civilians armed in trucks running through the city centre shooting what seemed to be 50-caliber sniper rifles and machine guns.
Social media images showed scenes that looked like a war zone, while masked armed men boarded the back of trucks shooting mounted machine guns while the vehicles were burning.
People could be seen being covered as the machine fire crashed around them.
Automobile executives were otherwise moved to escape collisions.
State police said there were no confirmed deaths, but the photos showed a number of bodies covered with blood scattered across different roads.
