Istref: PTK is working to offer quality service without obstacles to consumers

Kosovo Telecom Chief Executive Chief Bedri Istrefi says Kosovo Telecom is devoted to providing consumers with high quality services.

Among other things, Istrefi points out that the telecommunications network is facing daily debacle caused by individuals or private companies, so PTK is working hard to make these decays manage as soon as possible.

Kosovo's telecom places great importance on the performance of the network, in order for consumers to offer quality and non-impressive services, thus remaining the leader of the telecommunication services in our country.

However, our telecommunications network faces daily disruptions caused by various individuals and private companies that deal with construction and various infrastructure jobs, thus causing temporary disruptions of the telecommunications service.

Thanks to our consumers for their understanding, we still manage to sanction the defects caused in the more opimal term, restoring communication to the right level.

Moreover, our teams have been monitoring the network all the time and working on cable repair and maintaining the stability of the operating system, especially at the time when Kosovo Telecom has expanded the range of new services and products, which are very attractive and convenient for all citizens of our country.
